PuppyCam FAQs

Q:  I can't see any image on the page.

A:  If there is no image at all, there is a chance that there may be a problem connecting to the server that hosts the image.  Usually this problem will correct itself in a few minutes.  You may also try hitting the Reload button on your browser

Q:  I can see the image, but it does not auto-reload.

A:  The PuppyCam uses JavaScript to auto-reload and you may be using an older browser that does not support JavaScript.  For those people we have a page that will auto-reload every 30 seconds.  You can get to the page by clicking here.

Q:  How can I tell if the image is reloading?

A:  The clock in the lower right hand corner will change every 30 seconds or so.  If the clock changes but the image does not appear to be, it just means that the pups have not moved since the last time the camera took a snapshot.

Q:  I see the clock updating, but the picture is all black.

A:  It may be too dark in the room for the camera to work properly.  At night the lights are turned down to give Abby and the pups some quiet time.
